New York Times reporters discuss China’s environment

Reporters and editors from the New York Times on Thursday will discuss the paper's efforts to cover the environmental consequences of China's high-speed economic growth. Viewers around the world can catch a live webcast of the sold-out event in New York.

The event, "Choking on Growth: The New York Times Covers China’s Environmental Challenges", will be held at New York’s Asia Society on
Thursday at 18:00 Eastern Time, (Friday 06:00 Beijing Time). The event
