For English speakers wanting to get to grips with China’s new environmental protection law, chinadialogue now has a full translation, courtesy of the EU-China Environmental Governance Programme.

The law, the hard-won product of a three year amendment process, has been hailed as a “critical advancement” in China’s battle to clean-up its polluted environment.
