Mindi Schneider

谢敏仪,荷兰瓦赫宁根大学发展与变化社会学助理教授。她的研究重点是伴随农业食品体系工业化而来的社会和生态转型,特别关注中国的猪和猪肉问题。她参与了“养活中国:中国食品历史、地理和生态项目”和“商品前沿倡议”的合作。

Mindi Schneider is Assistant Professor in the Sociology of Development and Change at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on the social and ecological transformations that accompany the industrialization of agro-food systems, with special attention to pigs and pork in China. She collaborates on “Feeding China: The Project on China’s Food Histories, Geographies, and Ecologies” and the “Commodity Frontiers Initiative”.
